Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and legally astute individual to join our dynamic team as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for LLB Graduates. This entry-level CTO role is designed for exceptional candidates with a legal background, specifically an LLB, who possess a keen interest in technology and its application within the law enforcement and security services industry. You will work closely with our senior leadership and technical teams to ensure technological strategies align with legal compliance and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the formulation and implementation of technology strategies that comply with all relevant Indian laws and regulations, particularly those concerning data privacy, cybersecurity, and national security.

Review and provide legal counsel on technology-related contracts, vendor agreements, and intellectual property matters.

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure that new technologies and products adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and legal frameworks relevant to the security and law enforcement sector in India.

Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technological and legal challenges.

Support the development and enforcement of company policies related to technology use, data security, and compliance.
