Customer Success Associate - Corporate (Vijayawada) - 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our Corporate team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our IT services. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background (LLB) to understand client contracts, compliance requirements, and to effectively communicate complex legal and technical information.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.

Proactively monitor client engagement and satisfaction, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.

Understand and interpret client contracts and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and managing expectations.

Educate clients on product features, best practices, and new releases to maximize their value from our services.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify areas for growth, and gather feedback.

Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.

Leverage your LLB knowledge to address client queries related to legal implications of IT services and data privacy.
