Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team at Titagarh Rail Systems Limited in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our railway sector clients. This role involves understanding client needs, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the overall success of our customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and challenges related to our railway products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer account status, including key metrics and insights.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for product and service enhancement.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of our solutions, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer success processes and best practices.
