Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and energetic Dance Crew Member with 2-4 years of experience to join our vibrant corporate team in Kochi. This role is ideal for individuals with a unique blend of artistic talent and a strong legal background (LLB degree), who can contribute to our company's cultural initiatives and events. You will be instrumental in choreographing, performing, and coordinating dance performances for internal and external corporate events. Your LLB degree will be an asset in understanding and navigating any legal aspects related to event organization and intellectual property within performances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Choreograph and perform in various dance styles for corporate events, cultural functions, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with event organizers and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute dance performances aligned with company objectives.
- Rehearse regularly to maintain high standards of performance and team coordination.
- Assist in organizing and managing dance-related events, ensuring all legal and logistical requirements are met, leveraging your LLB knowledge for compliance and contracts.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the dance crew.
- Stay updated with the latest dance trends and techniques, and incorporate them into performances.
