Data Centre Ops and Server Management - Law Enforcement / Security Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our data centre infrastructure, supporting our vital work in the law enforcement and security services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of servers and data centre equipment.
- Perform routine system checks, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new servers and IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.
- Support business operations by ensuring the availability and reliability of IT systems.
