Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Data Science and Machine Learning team as a Junior Data Scientist. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our understanding of audience behavior, optimize content strategy, and improve operational efficiency within the broadcast and digital media landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and pre-processing large datasets from various sources.
- Support the development and testing of machine learning models for tasks such as audience segmentation, content recommendation, and churn prediction.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists and engineers to implement and deploy models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in viewership and engagement data.
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.
- Contribute to data quality initiatives and ensure data integrity.
