Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a postgraduate degree, passionate about early childhood education and providing a safe, nurturing environment for children of our employees. You will be responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring high standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily schedules.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Manage daily operations, including attendance, meal planning, and supply management.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
