Delivery Executive - Railways (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Delivery Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services and products to our customers in the railway sector. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be working closely with our operations and customer support teams to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate the delivery of services to railway customers, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details, address any queries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including proof of delivery and any associated documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to optimize delivery routes and processes.
- Proactively identify and report any potential delivery challenges or service disruptions.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations during delivery operations.
- Support the B.Sc. degree holder in understanding and executing delivery protocols.
