Design Manager (Thane)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Design Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing design projects within our healthcare facilities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. This role requires a blend of creative vision and practical application to enhance patient and staff experiences through thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and development of design solutions for various healthcare projects, including interior spaces, wayfinding systems, and digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, operations, marketing, and clinical staff, to gather requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into compelling design concepts and detailed specifications.
- Manage design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and templates to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare design.
- Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and senior management.
