Diagnostic Molecular Scientist - Industrial Automation Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Diagnostic Molecular Scientist with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our Industrial Automation team in Jaipur. This role will focus on leveraging molecular science principles and data analytics to drive innovation and strategic decision-making within the industrial automation domain. You will play a crucial part in understanding complex operational data, identifying trends, and translating scientific insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex molecular and operational data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations relevant to industrial automation processes.

Develop and implement diagnostic strategies for optimizing manufacturing workflows, predictive maintenance, and quality control using a blend of scientific and business acumen.

Translate scientific findings and data insights into clear, concise business recommendations for senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and operations, to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industrial automation space.

Prepare and present reports, findings, and strategic proposals to stakeholders.
