Role Summary: Zomato is seeking a meticulous and legally-minded Editor In Chief to oversee content strategy and editorial operations, focusing on corporate communications and legal-adjacent content. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of legal principles and 2-3 years of experience in content editing or management within the internet industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive editorial strategies aligned with Zomato's corporate objectives.
Review and edit all corporate publications, press releases, website content, and internal communications for clarity, accuracy, legal compliance, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all content adheres to relevant regulations and policies.
Manage a team of content creators and editors, providing guidance and feedback.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, legal updates, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
Ensure a high standard of grammar, style, and tone across all Zomato's public-facing and internal materials.
Manage the editorial calendar and workflow to ensure timely delivery of content.
