We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies and execution, coupled with a BCA degree. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention within our hardware and networking division.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Segment customer databases and create personalized email content for different audience groups.

Design and optimize email templates for various devices and email clients.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.

Manage email list hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local Indian regulations).

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign results.

Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
