Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Services Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and installation of engineering systems within our law enforcement and security services division. This role requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to manage a small team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of technicians and engineers involved in system maintenance and repair.

Ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of critical engineering systems related to law enforcement and security.

Plan and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical systems, communication equipment, and surveillance technology.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of engineering services.
