This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization, ensuring operational resilience and compliance. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to bring a unique perspective to risk management, particularly in understanding the regulatory and compliance landscape relevant to our IT services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats, and evaluate their impact on business objectives.

Collaborate with various business units to understand their risk profiles and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
