Events & Promotions - MBA/PGDM Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events & Promotions professional to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indian gaming market and possess 3-5 years of experience in planning, executing, and managing impactful events and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive engagement and brand awareness within the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to promote our gaming products and platforms.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution for both online and offline events.
- Design and implement innovative promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, influencers, partnerships) to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Analyze campaign performance and event ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, media partners, and community leaders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Indian gaming and events landscape.
