Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor (2-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Ex-Serviceman Security Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage security operations at our Mumbai facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their disciplined background and supervisory skills to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and intellectual property within the pharmaceutical and life sciences environment. A B.Des degree demonstrates a unique perspective on problem-solving and operational design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel, including shift management, patrol assignments, and response protocols.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and access control measures to safeguard company premises, laboratories, and sensitive areas.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend preventative measures.
- Manage the operation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control hardware.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as required.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, visitor logs, and patrol activities.
- Train and mentor junior security staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and vigilance.
- Liaise with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols.
