F&B Manager - 0-2 Yrs Experience

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented F&B Manager with 0-2 years of experience and a M.Com degree to oversee and manage food and beverage operations within our corporate facility in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of financial management and a passion for ensuring high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The F&B Manager will be responsible for optimizing operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing the F&B budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented effectively. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily F&B operations, including procurement, inventory management, and service delivery.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all F&B outlets.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Customer Service: Address customer feedback and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, service staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, including sales, costs, and customer feedback.
