Family Law Associate (2-3 Yrs) at Lupin Limited

We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our legal team at Lupin Limited in Nasik. This role will provide crucial support in managing and resolving family law matters that may impact our employees and the company. Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division, as they pertain to employee welfare and company policy.

Advise HR and management on legal implications of employee-related family law issues.

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, such as affidavits, petitions, and settlement agreements.

Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company in relevant legal proceedings when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian family laws and regulations.

Assist in developing and implementing company policies related to employee family welfare.

Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and finance, to address complex legal challenges.
