Family Law - M.A Professionals (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Family Law professional with a Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our corporate legal department by assisting with a range of family law matters relevant to our employees and operations within the facility management services sector in India. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to diverse legal challenges in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior legal counsel in handling employee-related family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.

Conduct legal research and analysis on various family law statutes, precedents, and regulations applicable in India.

Prepare and review legal documents, affidavits, petitions, and other court filings related to family law cases.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to gather information and facilitate case progression.

Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines and procedural requirements.

Provide support in drafting and reviewing internal policies and advisories related to employee welfare and family law.

Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and case law impacting the company and its employees.
