Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of electronic systems and hardware maintenance. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our advanced security and surveillance equipment for law enforcement clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and commission sophisticated security and surveillance systems at client locations.

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components.

Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Document all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair reports.

Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during site visits.
