Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of facility management systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing maintenance strategies for our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to facility infrastructure and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential problems and recommend proactive solutions.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to guide repair and maintenance activities.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
