Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience who is passionate about fitness and well-being, and can contribute to a positive and healthy work environment within a dynamic startup setting. You will be responsible for guiding our employees towards their fitness goals, creating personalized fitness plans, and ensuring a safe and effective workout experience. A post-graduate degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and consult with employees to understand their health and fitness goals.

Develop and implement personalized fitness programs and workout routines tailored to individual needs and abilities.

Provide guidance and demonstrations on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and injury prevention.

Monitor employee progress and adjust fitness plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Educate employees on general health, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to complement their fitness journey.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped fitness environment.

Promote a positive and motivational atmosphere within the fitness area.
