Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a keen interest in aviation operations within the security services sector. This role involves supporting flight operations by ensuring all flights are dispatched safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and preparation of flight plans, considering weather, air traffic, and operational requirements.

Monitor flight progress and provide timely updates to flight crews and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.

Coordinate with air traffic control, maintenance, and other operational departments.

Respond to operational disruptions and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
