Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Flight Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a Flight Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge FinTech platforms. This role requires a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ideal for a candidate with a BCA background looking to make a significant impact in the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the performance of critical payment systems and infrastructure.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement system enhancements and new features.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production environments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring, alerting, and deployment processes.
