Foreman / Technician for Doctorate/PhD Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Foreman / Technicians with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for overseeing complex industrial automation projects, ensuring operational excellence, and driving technological advancements within our manufacturing and operational environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background combined with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise teams of technicians and engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and robotics.
- Develop and implement advanced maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance programs leveraging data analytics and IoT technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time, applying advanced analytical and problem-solving skills derived from doctoral research.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on the integration of new technologies and automation solutions.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior technical staff on advanced automation concepts and best practices.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for automation-related tasks.
