Forklift Operator for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team at our Ludhiana project site. This role is ideal for recent B.Tech/B.E. graduates with 1-2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the construction and real estate industry. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within our construction sites and warehouses, ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies.

Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles.

Inspect forklift equipment daily for safety and maintenance issues, reporting any defects or malfunctions immediately.

Follow all site safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory as required.

Assist with inventory management and site organization as needed.

Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
