Full-Time Agency Development Manager (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Agency Development Manager with 0-1 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will focus on supporting the development and growth of our agency partnerships within the Indian Railways sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to foster strong relationships and drive project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new agency partners aligned with company objectives.
- Support the development and execution of strategies to strengthen existing agency relationships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand agency performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare presentations and reports on agency development initiatives and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution with partner agencies.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs for agency personnel.
- Help in the conceptualization and development of marketing collateral and communication materials for agency outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of agency interactions, agreements, and performance metrics.
