Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Functional Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding client business requirements and translating them into effective system solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Diploma holder looking to grow their career in the IT consulting space.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents.
Configure and customize software solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Develop test cases and perform functional testing to ensure solution quality.
Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
Document all configurations, processes, and training materials.
