Fund Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our Real Estate division in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills and a strong understanding of design principles, gained through a B.Des degree, to contribute to the financial strategy and execution of our real estate projects. You will play a crucial role in managing investment portfolios, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring optimal returns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and property-specific data to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Develop and manage investment strategies for real estate funds, aligning with company objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial modeling, valuation, and site analysis, with a keen eye for design and spatial planning.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, including property development and operational aspects, providing regular reports.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including developers, brokers, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
- Assist in fundraising activities and investor relations.
- Leverage a B.Des background to provide insights on project viability from a design and user experience perspective, enhancing asset value.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
