Geophysicist - Railways

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Geophysicist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Noida. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background in geophysics and a keen interest in applying their knowledge to railway infrastructure projects. The Geophysicist will assist in the planning, execution, and interpretation of geophysical surveys to support various railway development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and planning of geophysical investigations for railway alignment, embankment stability, tunnel investigations, and groundwater assessments.
- Conduct and supervise field operations for various geophysical methods (e.g., seismic, resistivity, GPR) under expert guidance.
- Process and interpret geophysical data using industry-standard software to identify subsurface anomalies and geological features relevant to railway engineering.
- Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations summarizing survey findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil engineers, geologists, and project managers.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in geophysical techniques and their applications in infrastructure development.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during field and office work.
