We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be adept at translating business objectives into compelling visual communication. While this role is primarily focused on design, a foundational understanding gained from an MBA/PGDM will be advantageous in grasping project requirements and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for various platforms including digital marketing, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
