Head - Finance & Accounts - M.Pharma Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head - Finance & Accounts with 1-2 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role will be crucial in managing the financial operations of our TV and Radio division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and regulations, coupled with a unique perspective derived from their pharmaceutical background, enabling innovative financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to identify potential cost-saving opportunities or revenue enhancement strategies within the media operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Support audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
