Head - Network Operations - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Network Operations to join our esteemed Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences organization in Delhi. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our corporate network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex network environments within the Indian context. This position requires 2-4 years of experience in a similar leadership role and an M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement network operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust security of all network services.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Manage network-related projects, including upgrades, deployments, and expansions.
• Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Oversee network security, including intrusion detection, prevention, and incident response.
• Manage network budget and resource allocation.
• Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and industry trends relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
