Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head - Recruitment with 3-4 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the gaming industry and possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring timely fulfillment of all staffing needs, and enhancing the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the gaming and technology sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert guidance.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
