Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Health & Fitness - Other. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who is passionate about promoting well-being within a startup environment. You will play a key role in developing and implementing initiatives that support the physical and mental health of our employees, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. This position does not require a formal graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and coordinating wellness programs, workshops, and events for employees.
Help in creating and distributing health and fitness-related content, such as newsletters or informational flyers.
Support the implementation of company wellness policies and initiatives.
Maintain records and track participation in wellness activities.
Communicate effectively with employees regarding health and fitness opportunities.
Provide general administrative support for the HR and wellness departments.
