The ideal candidate will leverage their BCA background and understanding of visual communication to enhance the brand image and client presentation standards across our real estate projects and corporate communications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our brand narrative is visually compelling and consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement visual branding guidelines for all real estate projects, ensuring consistency with the corporate identity.

Create and curate engaging visual content for marketing materials, presentations, social media, and website, aligning with project aesthetics and target audience.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns that highlight property features and developer's vision.

Advise on the aesthetic presentation of sales offices, model apartments, and showrooms to create an impactful customer experience.

Analyze visual trends in the real estate market and competitor branding to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Utilize your BCA knowledge to manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.

Provide guidance on professional attire and communication etiquette for client-facing employees.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and software relevant to visual design and image management.
