Incident Management Specialist - TV / Radio

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Incident Management Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our broadcast services, managing incidents, and driving resolution to minimize disruption to our educational content delivery. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor broadcast systems and identify potential or actual incidents.

Respond to incidents, diagnose root causes, and implement timely resolutions.

Document incident details, actions taken, and outcomes in the incident management system.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 incident support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes and tools.

Ensure adherence to SLAs and communication protocols during incident handling.
