Role Summary:

You will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials to support our internal teams and stakeholders. The role requires a blend of creative design thinking and a structured approach to content development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and objectives.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, and other learning materials using various authoring tools.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
- Translate complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing content.
- Ensure all learning materials are aligned with company branding and quality standards.
- Assist in the evaluation of learning program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning.
