This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain practical experience in talent acquisition and management within the hardware and networking industry. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and securing talent for various projects and positions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing casting briefs and strategies in alignment with project requirements.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, agencies, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability, including legal and contractual understanding.
Review resumes and portfolios, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand their talent needs.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and track casting progress.
Ensure all casting processes adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws, leveraging your LLB knowledge.
Assist in negotiating contracts and offer letters, ensuring legal compliance.
Provide support for talent onboarding and administrative tasks.
