Internship Civil Litigation (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Legal department, focusing on Civil Litigation. This role is ideal for individuals with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 0-2 years of experience, looking to gain practical exposure in a dynamic internet industry environment. The intern will support the legal team in various aspects of civil litigation, contributing to case preparation, research, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including plaints, written statements, notices, and affidavits.

Conduct legal research on various civil laws, case precedents, and statutory provisions relevant to ongoing litigation.

Support senior legal counsel in preparing for court appearances, including gathering evidence and organizing case files.

Manage and maintain litigation records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with external counsels and relevant stakeholders as required.

Provide administrative support to the legal team on day-to-day litigation matters.

Assist in compliance and regulatory matters related to the internet business.
