Inventory Management - 1-2 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management professional to join our growing team at AutomationX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the efficient management of our industrial automation components and finished goods inventory. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our inventory management system.

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.

Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.

Process inventory adjustments and investigate discrepancies.

Support the procurement team by providing insights into inventory needs.

Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to optimize space and accessibility.

Collaborate with sales and production teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
