Investment Banking Associate - TV / Radio (0-2 Yrs) - Vijayawada

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Banking Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced media and entertainment sector, specifically within the TV and Radio industry. You will support senior bankers in executing M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates for clients in the media space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial models, pitch books, and presentations for client engagements.

Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the TV/Radio sector.

Support the deal execution process, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing activities.

Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions).

Liaise with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors as required.

Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management.
