Investor Relations Officer - Beverage (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Officer with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma qualification to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing communication between the company and its investors, analysts, and the wider financial community. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports, investor presentations, and press releases.
- Support the Investor Relations team in organizing earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows.
- Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website.
- Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market sentiment.
- Monitor and analyze stock performance and shareholder base.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
