We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IPQA Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products through rigorous in-process quality checks and documentation. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated to grow in the pharmaceutical quality sector without a formal graduation degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of manufacturing.
- Review and verify batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and other production documents.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify and report deviations, discrepancies, and non-conformities.
- Participate in quality investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
