IT Infrastructure Services - Other for B.Tech/B.E. Graduates

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Services professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles, with a focus on supporting and enhancing our industrial automation systems. This role involves managing and maintaining critical IT infrastructure components to ensure seamless operations and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related software.
- Manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Implement and administer virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure through the implementation of security best practices and tools.
- Document IT infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and ensure infrastructure readiness.
