IT Operations Management - TCS (Vishakhapatnam)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically adept individual with an M.Tech degree to join our IT Operations Management team as an IT Operations Management Trainee. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure and services within a leading multinational corporation. You will gain hands-on experience in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our IT systems, supporting various business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring the performance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.

Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Participate in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related incidents and problems.

Contribute to the planning and execution of IT projects, including upgrades and new deployments.

Learn and apply IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL) to improve service delivery.

Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide support.
