IT Vendor Management (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Vendor Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Tech degree and possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software procurement, and service level agreements. This role is crucial for ensuring that our IT vendors deliver services and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives, operational needs, and budget constraints, contributing to the efficient functioning of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee relationships with all IT vendors, including software providers, hardware suppliers, and IT service partners.
- Develop, negotiate, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure vendor performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of vendors, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor vendor contracts, including renewals, expirations, and cost-effectiveness, to optimize IT spending.
- Manage the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT vendor engagements, including security, compliance, and business continuity.
- Act as a primary point of contact for vendor escalations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into vendor requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management and procurement.
