Junior Chief Purchase Officer / Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Chief Purchase Officer / Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des), looking to contribute to the procurement strategies of a leading real estate developer. You will be instrumental in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of materials and services crucial for our real estate projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting market research and analysis.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal cost savings.

Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Maintain accurate procurement records and manage inventory levels.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., design, construction, finance) to understand their procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Contribute to the development of creative procurement solutions by leveraging design thinking principles.
