Junior Collection / Recovery Manager (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Collection / Recovery Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our growing team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our collection and recovery processes, ensuring timely payments from clients, and minimizing outstanding debts. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of financial recovery strategies within the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquency and optimize cash flow.
- Monitor client accounts for overdue payments and initiate timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and letters.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client communications.
- Analyze aging reports and identify potential risks and recovery opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to resolve billing disputes and client issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, outstanding debts, and recovery trends for management.
- Utilize BCA-level analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify patterns in payment behavior.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the collections department.
