Junior General Surgeon - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior General Surgeon with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will involve supporting various research and development initiatives within our pharmaceutical and life sciences division, contributing to the advancement of new drug formulations and product development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and a passion for contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of preclinical studies related to surgical procedures and medical device testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret scientific data, preparing reports and presentations for internal review.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new surgical techniques and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in general surgery, pharmaceutical sciences, and medical technology.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
